LUNCHTIME CLASSES AT THE BASE
These 45 minute classes will be offered twice a week during lunch at the Trenton Base in the Family Resource Centre. You may sign up for both classes or just one a week. You will need to preregister for these classes and bring your own yoga mat. Classes are subject to a minimum number of participants.

If you would prefer to drop-in for these classes,
the cost will be $7 per session.
