BENEFITS OF YOGA
There are so many! One of my students began practicing in order to increase her physical fitness but found that the breathing exercises had, over a short period of time, taught her to handle stress in a different way… this was a side benefit she had not in the least expected!
If you come to yoga with an open mind and heart you will gain many things. You will gain flexibility. You will gain strength. You will notice changes in your posture. Your breathing will be deeper. You will feel more at peace. You will feel less stressed. You may sleep better. You may become interested in learning more about the infiniteness of yoga.
